Ignacia Arteaga, PhD, MSc

Dr. Ignacia Arteaga is a postdoctoral scholar at the UCSF Institute of Health Policy Studies, where she currently works as a senior qualitative researcher on multidisciplinary projects to accelerate early diagnosis of Alzheimer’s Disease for safety net populations, assess the differential impact of ADRD on diverse communities, and understand patient perspectives of patient data usage for population health interventions. She was raised in Chile, where she studied Sociology, and then went to the UK to complete her MSc and PhD degrees in Social Anthropology at the University College London.
